The 2016 Gunn Report has just landed and it’s celebrations all around at Minerva House this afternoon.
OMD in the UK has scooped the top spot for all UK media agencies, with OMD being named the most awarded media agency network in the world for an incredible 11th time in a row. Now that’s impressive!
The report, which aims to put a global spotlight on media innovation and success, names us and our sister agency, Manning Gottlieb, as the 5th most awarded in the world, and the only ones from the UK to be listed in the top five.
To top it off, we’ve also been called out as OMD’s star agency in the report.
Our work was recognised across 15 clients, with notable success for our Channel 4 Humans campaign which scooped two silver Cannes Lions, a BAFTA and a D&AD pencil and our work with Eurotunnel which won Bronze at the prestigious IPA Effectiveness Awards.
Many congratulations to all the agencies featured in the report and a special well done to McDonald’s for being named the 3rd most awarded advertiser in the world!
